Experience in IBM iSeries AS-400 or certification.
Experience in RPG and CL Programming
Experience in Database sql/plsql queries
Good experience in Microsoft Excel, Pivots etc
Awareness of ITIL
Knowledge of Revenue operations
Business Critical Application Support
Possess excellent communication & attitude
Flexible working approach Good to have:
Development, Administration and Support experience for AS400 & Matrix applications (Nice to Have)
Experience in AS4 & Matrix (Nice to Have)
Good to have experience in Telecom Provisioning & billing. RTH-Y
