Application Engineer – Job Description
Elliott-Matsuura Canada Inc. has two jobs opening; one in Toronto and another in the Montreal areas for Application Engineers.
Qualifications
Technical Education: Apprenticeship, Technical College or University Degree
Minimum Five (5) Years of CNC machining experience
Working knowledge of “G” Code programming
Familiarity with Fanuc, Yasnac, Heidenhain and Siemens controls necessary
Knowledge of programming (turning and milling)
Knowledge of machine set-up
Knowledge of part processing and manufacturing engineering
Knowledge of high-speed machining processes
Knowledge of CAD/CAM
Ability to travel throughout Canada and occasionally internationally
Strong customer service orientation
French language a requirement for the Montreal, Quebec position
