Title: Application Engineer

Job Summaries
The Application Engineer is responsible for implementation of IT Application for OT project. He/She will be the product subject matter expert within the organization concerning the application. He/She will be the first main contact person related to all technical matters concerning the application.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Product champion: pitch, present and promote application together with Business Development and Sales team
· Develop professional expertise and proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job.
· Interpret client requirements and generates strategies for the implementation of IT software.
· Configure the application to meet client requirements.
· Participate in user acceptance tests, training, and end user onboarding.
· Provide L2/L3 support for troubleshooting and resolve application problem
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in engineering-related discipline (e.g., Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Controls/process engineering, Information system engineering)
· Experience of at least 3 years in configuration and deployment of complex software systems such as SharePoint, PLM, CMMS, or Document management systems
· Able to read and understand PI&D diagram
· Good presentation skills
· Experience involved in pre-sales activities
· Experience with plant engineering will be added value
· Customer focused; solution oriented
· Knowledge of Windows OS, computer networks, internet technology.
· Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
