In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting software demonstrations, and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for PDM/PLM software solutions, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct software demonstrations and provide training to clients on the features and capabilities of PDM/PLM tools.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and promote PDM/PLM solutions to potential clients.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to PDM/PLM technology and provide expert guidance to clients.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support or application engineering, with a focus on PDM/PLM software solutions.
• Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in PDM/PLM software platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Systemes ENOVIA, or PTC Windchill.
