Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing NX and SOLID EDGE support & Training.
• Work across multi-functional internal teams to ensure timely Technical Support.
• Provide Customer Training on Siemens CAD software as well as add-on’s.
• Assist Siemens CAD software users with everyday issues and CAD tasks.
• Provide Best modeling techniques/practices to various different customers from different domains.
• Conduct CAD Training on customer domain, troubleshooting, maintain IR reporting.
• Perform Siemens software installation and Licensing.
• Ensure adequate documentation to describe CAD best practices and data management procedures.
• Prepare and deliver in-house trainings, seminars; provide technical guidance to users.
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Location: Pune
