Job Description
• 3 to 5 year of experience in R and D or Production in pharmaceutical formulation
• Excellent Knowledge of Formulation and Development as well as Scale up
• Knowledge of Excipients & API
• Document knowledge of LNB/BMR/MFR/PDR and preparation product application sheet/guidelines
• Excellent in literature search.
• Co-ordination & knowledge of QC.
• Leading R and D lab Team of 07-10 members.
• Provide technical support to technical department and customers by phone & email.
• Provide responses related technical queries on time to customers for our products.
• Perform trials for evaluation of new or existing range of products.
• Maintain and keep up to date records for day to day formulation trials and other related documents.
• Provide product recommendations to customer and conduct trials, product Troubleshoot at customers place.
• Develop new project in R and D lab as per customer requirement and send the finished formulation sample as well as process sheet for approval.
• Be responsible for small R and D scale trial batch as well as commercial joint trials at customer end for better understanding of product.
• Detail oriented and good at conversation and building customer relationship.
• Maintain track of competitor’s product process and their market status.
