Salary: $112,163 to $121,246 – ASO7 – Full Time / Ongoing appointment
Overview:
The Application Lead (Upgrades, PR’s and BAU) is responsible for leading the planning, delivery and evaluation of complex programs, projects and services that ensure the coordinated delivery of CIS system upgrades, product releases and business-as-usual changes.
The role coordinates major system upgrades and periodic system releases, in alignment with resource allocations and defined project schedules, and ensures the coordinated progression of specified CIS application configuration, development and support projects.
The Application Lead (Upgrades, PR’s and BAU) provides leadership to project and operations teams in the delivery of quality upgrade and release projects, oversees routine site configuration changes, and provides expert advice to Application Analysts and Patient Administration Application Consultants in relation to complex functions and issues.

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)
SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
Special Conditions
May be required to work outside of normal business hours or as part of a on call roster.
The incumbent may be required to travel or work across and/or be located at any of the Department of Health units/divisions as required.
A flexible approach to the taking of leave is required.
