Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented International Education Counsellor & Application Processor to guide students through the process of studying abroad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end counselling, from career guidance to application processing and visa support. This role requires excellent communication skills, up-to-date knowledge of international education systems, and a student-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:Counselling & Student Guidance:

Provide personalized counselling to students and parents regarding study abroad options, including course selection, country, and university recommendations.

Evaluate students' academic background and career aspirations to match them with suitable programs.

Conduct one-on-one sessions, webinars, and information seminars as needed.

Application Processing:

Guide students through the admission process for universities/colleges in countries like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.

Assist in compiling, verifying, and uploading all required documents.

Track the progress of applications and follow up with institutions to ensure timely updates.

Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student details and application stages using CRM/software tools.

Coordinate with internal departments and university representatives for admissions and offers.

Visa & Post-Admission Assistance:

Assist students in preparing visa documentation and guiding them through the application process.

Provide support with accommodation, travel, and pre-departure information sessions.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
