The Role
The Application Developer will be involved in delivering service support to customers in line with their contracted deliverables. you will be providing onsite and remote IT support to our Managed Application Services Customers. This will include Investigation of issues, providing estimates, requirements gathering, writing technical documentation, developing components, peer reviewing code and contributing to the Intellectual Property library.
Role Responsibilities
• Ensure support SLA targets are achieved
• Develop in house tools to increase productivity of support teams
• Provide L3 support for service delivery teams and resolve technical issues.
• Problem management Skills & Experience.
• Ensure service quality through technical competence and attention to detail.
• Strive for high levels of customer feedback scores.
• Maintain effective communications with your clients.
• Ensure adherence to our Service Delivery policies, processes and procedures.
• Work with MAS developers to ensure tight deadlines are met.
• Obtain and maintain industry certifications
• Identify opportunities to productize new services and offerings
• Utilize your technical specialist skills to help build new products
• Develop new strategies to increase efficiency in the systems
• Perform system analysis and recommend improvements
• Any other task/ duties aligned with your role or in support of your team as advised by your leader.
Key Competencies and Qualifications required
• Minimum of 6 years IT experience
• Minimum of 3 years .Net experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work within and across teams
• Industry based certifications
• .Net Development Skills
• .Net Blazor Development Skills
