Maintain a thorough understanding of the application and its components.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to the application.
Ensure timely delivery of services to clients.

Strong understanding of application support and troubleshooting.
Experience in providing technical support to clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management.
