As an Application Specialist in this team, you will play a key role in keeping Kiwibank’s enterprise document management platforms running smoothly, securely, and reliably. You will take ownership of the day‑to‑day support and technical health of critical applications that underpin how our people and customers create, manage, and deliver important documents.
Working closely with engineers, product teams, and external vendors, you will manage incidents, coordinate changes, and support upgrades that keep our platforms resilient and future‑ready.
This is a hands‑on role where your technical judgement, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work across multiple teams will directly contribute to stable services and better outcomes for our customers.

Key skills and experience we’re looking for:
Experience supporting business‑critical applications in a fast‑paced environment
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to incident resolution
Experience managing application support, maintenance, and technical change
Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, product owners, and external vendors
Understanding of application integrations and dependencies across systems
Confidence documenting changes, supporting releases, and ensuring stable deployments
A calm, methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving issues
Bonus:
Experience supporting DocuShare, including permissions, document collections, workflows, or automations
Familiarity with OpenText Exstream for document generation, templates, or output troubleshooting
Exposure to DocuSign, including templates, integrations, user onboarding, or issue resolution
Understanding of end‑to‑end document lifecycle workflows
Experience diagnosing issues across APIs, integrations, or file transfers
Interest in improving document‑related processes and reducing manual steps through automation
