Job Description
• Experience should be in Hardware & Software Troubleshooting, added advantage if have voice support / telecom knowledge as well
• Should be good in trouble shooting in ongoing issues and expertise in desktop / Laptop L2 support
• Coordination with Senior management and respective applications / network, etc. L2/L3 support team for timely closure of tickets
• OS & Patches installation / troubleshooting and strong coordination skills
• Network basic troubleshooting should be strong. (SDWAN & L2 Switches Installation)
• MaCafee Antivirus , strong troubleshooting skills like Windows , MAC IOS
• Laptop & Desktop Assembling knowledge & deep level knowledge should be strong with proper steps
• Understanding of Bank (Liability and Asset) applications support
• Good knowledge and experience in managing Audio / Video Confrencing devices, Collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc) , O365, etc.
Experience
• Minimum 1-4 years exp in IT Support
• Exposure in Network management application troubleshooting and user coordination.
• Responsible for SLA management as per agreed timelines with stakeholders.
• Coordination with L2/L3 support team for timely closure of tickets
• Ability to manage customer, business expectations, proactively identify the risks and mitigate them before its occurrence
Qualification
• B.Tech / MCA / BCA
