About the Role - 12 month Fixed-Term contract - Based at our Epping Head Office
We’re seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to support and maintain business-critical systems across Finance, Workforce, and Clinical platforms. You’ll ensure system stability, resolve incidents, and support users while contributing to ongoing digital transformation.
Key responsibilities
Provide Level 2/3 application support for core business systems
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA timeframes
Manage user access, system configuration, and minor enhancements
Monitor performance and proactively address issues
Liaise with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors
Support change management, upgrades, and patching
Maintain accurate records in ITSM tools (e.g. FreshService)
Ensure security, compliance, and ITIL processes are followed
2+ years’ experience in Application Support (L2/L3)
Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or cloud platforms
Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management tools
Experience with systems like AutumnCare, Epicor, AlayaCare, UKG Ready, MOA, Protecht, BESTMED (desirable)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
