About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

CSV Digital
CSV Digital is the Digital team, which is part of CSV Corporate. CSV Corporate provides support to all Victorian courts and tribunals to assist in the delivery of justice services. Corporate is responsible for providing courts and tribunals with a range of corporate support functions including human resources, finance, facilities, asset and contract management, planning and administration, business intelligence, communications, business review and improvement, technology, and transcription services.
About the Role
Offered on a fixed term full-time basis from 6 April 2026 – 30 September 2026, an opportunity exists within CSV Digital for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the CLMS Application Support team in the role of Court Applications Support Analyst (VPS Grade 4).
We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join a small, close-knit team, which provides support to Victorian County Court in the delivery of justice services. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, teamwork and a commitment to the CSV values.
To be successful in this role you need to have experience within Victorian Courts and Tribunals and demonstrated knowledge in the use of court case management systems, with a particular focus on CLMS, the County Court's case management system.
The Applications Support Analyst is responsible for:
Providing support to internal and external stakeholders in the use of the case management system, CLMS.
Processing and coordinating timely responses to incident reports in an appropriate manner, including referring help requests to appropriate areas for resolution, monitoring resolution activity and keeping stakeholders appraised of resolution progress.
Assist team members with the implementation of agreed remedies, updates, and preventative measures on the system.
About You
ability to provide advice and guidance to a diverse range of users including administrative staff, management and judicial officers
knowledge of case management systems (highly desirable)
Knowledge of business procedures and practices of Courts and Tribunals (highly desirable)
