Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless system functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and address system malfunctions. - Develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on system functionalities. - Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of system monitoring and performance tuning. - Experience with system upgrades and patch management. - Hands-on experience in system troubleshooting and problem resolution. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA administration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
