Roles & Responsibilities :
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of software development concepts, SQL databases, operating systems and networking fundamentals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to issue resolution.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Customer Focus: Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a dedication to meeting the needs of end-users.
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant internships or previous work experience in IT support or software development.
• Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices.
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals).
