You will collaborate with team members to analyze problems, implement solutions, and enhance system performance, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or Oracle. - Experience in using version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
