This centre will deliver mission critical data services to its global customers powered by its proprietary cloud-based technology platform and leveraging proprietary business & consumer databases. Essential Job Functions:
1. Reviews and analyzes reported incidents and service requests.
2. Proposes solutions where features currently exist to satisfy users concerns.
3. Interact with engineering team to help troubleshoot issues and suggest application features.
4. Reports and summarizes incident and service request activity.
5. Creates and updates existing documentation to reflect where changes are made.
6. Ensure proposed resolutions adhere to Company standards for structure and documentation.
7. Support end users in the form of problem resolution and training.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple job assignments on a daily basis.
4. Ability to respond to outages or participate in scheduled deployments during non-traditional work hours to support business needs
Education, Experience, and Certification:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
2. Sufficient knowledge of analyzing data using SQL
3. Experience with one or more scripting language is preferred
4. 3 to 7 years of relevant experience with relevant technology is required
