Job Description
Build sound understanding of the supported application estate.
Hands on role. Guide junior team members are required.
Take responsibility for the Teams performance.
Provide periodic updates to the leadership Team as required.
Resolve Support Tickets in a timely manner.
Ability to work directly with Customer IT, Business Teams as required.
Good analytical skills for effective troubleshooting and problem solving.
Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management.
Work on Minor Enhancements
Keep documentation current and prepare SOPs for routine tasks.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide end to end resolution across Application and Infrastructure issues.
Identify and implement automation opportunities. Work in Shifts, if required. Technical Skills
Must have sound knowledge of ASPDotNet, C Sharp, Web API.
Must have working knowledge of Azure, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Good knowledge of Angular and,or React, Nunit, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2014, Jquery, PL SQL and WCF.
Understanding of Design Pattens and Agile methodology. Familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA.
Understanding of ITIL Service Lifecycle."
