About the Role

To succeed, you will bring:

3–4+ years' experience in application support, service desk, or a similar IT support role
Strong skills in troubleshooting software issues, incident management, and user support
Experience supporting a range of business applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Confidence in providing clear guidance and support to users across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce
Familiarity with ticketing systems, IT documentation practices, and basic system administration
A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to balance reactive support with improvement‑focused work
