Responsibilities
• Analyses software bugs and identifying RCA – CA – PA
• Managing regular patching activities and coordinating with respective stakeholders
• Maintains Agreed SLA for responding on tickets being raised by users
• Oversees and facilitates the installation and maintenance of IT systems, hardware, and software
• Identifies and recommends upgrades and changes to hardware and software, maintaining efficient and effective IT operations
• Facilitates technical support and helpdesk roles, ensuring effective and helpful support is being provided to end users.
• Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in information technology
• Coordinates and schedules software and hardware installations and managing DR drills
• Ensures IS-related projects and tasks are completed within specifications and on time
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of technology, software, and hardware.
• Proficient with or able to quickly learn the software and applications used in the organization and the industry
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in application support role
