Overall Job Description:
• Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving skills and ability to follow procedures and resolve exceptions.
• Good understanding of data bases (Oracle/SQL/DB2/MySQL)
• Knowledge of programming languages and Architectures (JAVA/J2ee, Microsoft platform - ASP/.NET/.Net Core, Microservices architecture etc)
• Good understanding of Mobile and Web application architecture is must.
• Good understanding of Middleware tools & integration support exposure
• Familiarity with database tools such as Toad or SQL Developer; Integration Architecture, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience writing Web Services, RESTFUL, or SOAP, as well as experience writing fault-tolerant code.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines and prioritize effectively, while delivering high quality work.
• Capability to handle and resolve any kind of issue in given application Maintaining TAT for L2-L3 level issues b: Applicant must have good knowledge of Corporate banking product knowledge with hands-on experience in past c: 24-7 availability of person being corporate banking application support role d: Should be able to handle audit/compliance of core application and should be able to deal with external/internal auditors
• a: Incident management and problem resolution b: Knowledge of incident / problem management c: Communicate with all stakeholders on problem statement, possible solutions, intermediate issues and overall status of work assigned d: Performance and capacity monitoring for local applications, provide proper remediation plan to address performance and capacity issues

• Experience in Application management – BCP – DR, VAPT patching, Back-up, Risk management, downtime management, maintaining system up-time as per SLA/OLA agreement
