5+ years of professional experience in software development
Experience developing ASP
NET web applications using the MVC and Blazor patterns, along with HTML/CSS/JS and SQL
Basic knowledge of using source control systems like GIT in a small team environment
Experience creating and consuming Web APIs in .NET
Familiarity with architectural patterns, such as Domain Driven Design
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD best practices
General understanding of ERP systems and their functionality in a manufacturing setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Willingness to cross-train and work with other systems and technologies as needed

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain innovative software solutions tailored to our unique business needs
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze user requirements, enhance business processes, and develop reliable, well-structured software
As a key contributor, you will drive the development of new features, address and resolve bugs, integrate various key business systems, ensure high-quality code, and continually refine our software development practices
