Job Title: Applications Laboratory Technician
Job Description:
Join our team as an Applications Laboratory Technician where you will prepare and test flavors in beverage, dairy, confectionery, bakery and savory recipes.
Determine dosages in applications for flavor task force and shelf matching project requests.
Discuss projects with the flavor chemists, applications techs, and product managers.
Professional communication with R&D, Applications, Product Management and sales.
Maintain cleanliness of the lab Efficient and precise data recording in SAP.
Optimization of the product portfolio together with product management, R&D, and application.
Assist in designing a portfolio for the North and South American markets.
Hard Skills:
Bachelors degree in Food Science is strongly preferred. Any industry experience or internship would be a plus.
