A detailed project plan outlining key milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities. (MS Word)
Host kickoff meeting with all stakeholders
IT Resources
Product Owners
Business System’s Team
Task
Conduct Stakeholder Interviews to gather current system needs and requirements for multi-tenancy.
Deliverables
Interview at least one member from each of the following teams
IT Development Team
IT Architecture Team
Business Owners
Operational teams
Stakeholder Interview Summary
A summary report of the interviews conducted with IRAP stakeholders, documenting key insights, challenges, and requirements for multi-tenancy. (MS Word)
