Job Description
Our client is a Multinational Bank based in India , with offices in Mumbai , Bangalore and Delhi and is looking for a AVP Finance- Accounting, Taxation Fin Reporting.
Responsibilities
• Supporting monthly closing of accounts as per J-GAAP and I-GAAP, and periodical Head Office reporting, finalisation and statutory audit / limited review of financial statements.
• Financial forecasts for Bank's annual Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) reporting.
• Monitoring and analysis of Forecasts vs. Actuals and periodical reporting to the Senior Management Committee (SMC).
• Financial information, data and reports for RBI inspection, Risk-Based Supervision (RBS), rating agencies, taxation or other authorities.
• Financial analysis and MIS reports for ALCO, RMC, SMC other committee meetings.
• Analytical review and commentary on monthly, half yearly and annual J-GAAP and I-GAAP financials (including expense analysis) and management presentation.
• Fixed assets capitalization and reporting and capital work in progress items monitoring, follow-up and control.
• Ind AS pro-forma statements production and submission to RBI and preparation for full scale Ind AS implementation.
• Supporting finance systems implementation including functional requirement documentation and user acceptance testing.
• Process documentation and maintenance of internal procedures as per enterprise policy and standards.
• Chart of accounts maintenance and control over Internal control accounts.
Education: CA with 8 - 13 years of experience.
Candidates from Foreign/MNC Bank are preferred.
