• The roles would be based in Tier 1/2 Cities only
• The incumbent would be leading complete sales & distribution and administrative responsibility for 12 states. Each Zone / Region would have a business size of at least 1000 cr.
Specific responsibilities include :
• Heading sales operations and customer management for the region.
• Sales and Distribution Management : Distribution Strategies, Customer management.
• Finance /Commercial and administration
• Supply Chain
• Leading a cross functional team
Candidate profile :
• Seasoned sales professionals (ONLY PREMIER B SCHOOL GRADUATES from 201114 batches) from FMCG companies of repute handling large distribution oriented business.
• Must be adept at sales and distribution planning, trade marketing, GTM.
• Incumbent should have 34 years experience in people management roles.
• Must have led zones/area in sales and customer management.
• Prior experience in General Trade in FMCG as an ASM/RSM is a Must.
