• Should have strong Retail Banking Knowledge
• Experience on Requirement analysis and documentation pertaining banking domain and in specific to Loan Origination Loan Management
• Ability to coordinate multiple change requests across the banking domain.
• Understanding of different systems for various banking products in the domain.
• Experience in Data Profiling, Data Analysis, Data Discovery, and proficiency in creating Source to Target mapping document, writing and reviewing BRDs, FRDs
• Ability to respond to RFP along with functional response
• Discuss/Debate on issues, which are not in line with the bank's strategy/vision by being open fair and escalate, if necessary.
• Ability to identify the - best solution across platforms.
• Ability to analyse and identify technical drawbacks and increase process efficiency by rethinking.
• Excellent analytical skills for data management process re-engineering.
• Thorough knowledge of software development tools its applications to business process
• A combination of operations knowledge with expertise in system applications
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects spanning across implementations.
Work Experience: 5-7 years of project experience for large organizations of which, five-year experience in banking solutions
Education : UG with Commerce background or MBA in Finance
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days only
