• Manage online seasonal and promotional activity across brand e-commerce and partner with Company website teams ensuring trading calendars and promotions are complementary and not competing with each other
• Report monthly and quarterly hindsight results and progress against sales targets across all e-commerce business (Company website, pure-play, and brand e-commerce) to leadership (ELT) team
• Research industry trends, seeking opportunities to bridge gaps in business objectives and push the business forward
• Identify implementation risks and communicate them to the involved parties and facilitate mitigation plan
• Maintain timely communication to stakeholders and business working committees
• Ensure business requirements are fully understood and met by our implementation partners
• Project management and solution delivery of partner integrations and technology enhancements
