A leading Investment Bank in Mumbai is looking to hire Analysts for its team.
Fresh CAs (2021) and MBAs are welcome if they have financial modeling skills and have understanding of corporate finance.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS: (Key Responsibilities & tasks carried out by the Position in line with Job Objective)
1. Preparation of marketing materials used in Equity Fund Raise and M&A, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitch books
2. Preparation of various types of financial models for structured debt and equity
3. Ensure co-ordination for due diligence, analysis, and structuring of live transactions
4. Leverage existing connections and develop new connections in the Private Equity & Venture Capital Space to ensure mandate closure
5. Participate in negotiations and other closure activities
6. Work with senior team members/SBU to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities
Skills & Experience Essential / Desirable
1. 0-3 years of relevant experience in the Investment banking space
2. Should have worked in PE / M&A across different sectors.
3. Back office / KPO experience will be viewed less favorably
4. CA / MBA with relevant years of post-qualification experience.
5. CFA charter or progress towards it would be a plus
