Summary:
To assist Head of Operations with inputs for Strategic actions and decisions to grow the operations within the givens of Customer Service, Cost, Quality, Productivity & Continual Competency building towards a World Class Manufacturing Organisation.
Detail Responsibilities:
• Monitor Production Outputs as per Plan/Budget for all Manufacturing sites & subject analytics on Outputs enabling pinpointed feedbacks to Plants on areas requiring focus and improvement.
• Analytics on DIFOT at plants and work on troubleshooting basis prioritization.
• Work on broader waste report to analyses and provide actions specific to plants.
• View Overhead Cost variance and provide feedback for actioning.
• Demand v/s Capacity Balance study every quarter to view shifts for aiding possible investments.
• Overview Project Progress status at corporate level to aid at timely interventions.
• Review quality actions efficacy and effectiveness at plants to take a change of view or action as needed for improvement in Quality matrix.
• Systemise information collection, collation and analytics to overall aid in progress of servicing capability productivity, Cost Out and Quality improvement across the Operations pan India.
• Performance Report Collation Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly.
Additional Skills required:
• Enthusiastic and energetic.
• Hands on MS Office, and data collation/ analysis and presentations.
• Good spoken and written communication ability.
• Be a good team player.
• Ability to look into the future and bring new ideas to the table.
