IT Manager
We are looking for a knowledgeable IT Manager to help us in providing Technology Solutions considering our business requirements including ERP Implementation and Infrastructure related advancements.
Responsibilities
• Understand customer requirements and business objectives
• Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
• Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with inhouse technical staff
• Design IT systems and networks ensuring the right architecture and functionality
• Support new technology and ERP implementation
• Train users in new and existing IT systems
• Provide assistance with technical issues
• Revise existing systems and suggest improvements and produce reports
Requirements :
• Proven experience as IT Consultant/Analyst
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems
• Experience with various operating systems and databases
• Experience in project management
• An analytical mind with problemsolving abilities
• A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer service orientation
• Interpersonal skills
• BSc/BA in computer science, IT or relevant field; MSc/MBA will be a plus
• Superior technical expertise and a problemsolving aptitude.
