Job Description
The incumbent will be reporting into Product Management group and will be responsible to articulate the business requirements to drive product development.
Responsibilities
• You will define, lead, and execute a holistic strategy to meet our product goals; and collaborate across functions.
• You will be a driving force with UX and Engineering for scalable, well-crafted, end-to-end features and functionalities on Leni.
• You will execute with precision and speed whilst delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
• You will present and clearly articulate product strategy to company leadership.
• You will help the team research competition and third-party vendors to understand the market dynamics.
• Synthesize and drive product strategy from interactions with customers, business stakeholders, build and manage an actionable product roadmap.
• You will leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities and set strategy that has durable competitive advantage.
• You employ best practice product management methodologies to identify the right problems to solve and the best ways to solve them.
• You drive results and solve problems analytically and creatively, using data and well- formed decision frameworks.
Skills Required
• Strong Problem-solving and Analytical skills
• Excellent Presentation and Communication skills
• 6+ years of experience as product manager in SaaS companies
• Previous experience with highly technical data analytics products is needed.
• Previous experience working with cloud technologies is a plus.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies with Bi-weekly release cycles
• You are relentlessly customer focused.
• Ability to breakdown complex roadmap into executable small projects
Qualifications
• Bachelor Engineering Degree or equivalent
