To merchants, Paytm offers acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR and Payment Gateway where payment aggregation is done through PPI and also other banks financial instruments.
To further enhance merchants business, Paytm offers merchants commerce services through advertising and Paytm Mini app store. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Designer/Visualizer
2. Create regular visual content for blogs, app banners, social media, videos scripts, email newsletters
3. Create and edit GIF's, short, animated videos, screen record
KPIs:
1. Views
2. Impressions
3. Engagements - like / share on social platforms
4. Session time / time spent on learning section
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role :
1. Self-starters, who can take ownership and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, will be an ideal fit
2. Passionate about working in a fast growing firms
3. Articulate complex solutions to novice customers
4. 4+ years in graphic designing and video making
5. Skills - Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDraw
6. Should have worked with well known B2C / B2B brands in similar profiles in content / social / digital marketing team
