Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and institutions for talent acquisition.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment drives, internships, and placement opportunities.
- Build a strong employer brand through strategic public relations initiatives.
- Manage corporate communications, including press releases and media relations.
- Organize and promote firm events, such as seminars, webinars, and competitions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify and onboard skilled candidates.
- Create and implement effective strategies to enhance the firm’s presence on social media and other platforms.
- Act as a liaison between the firm and external stakeholders to foster partnerships and collaborations.
- Handle client communication and engagement, ensuring their requirements are addressed professionally and effectively.
- Assist in managing client relationships by coordinating meetings, addressing queries, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Qualifications:
- Graduation (preferably an MBA in HR, Public Relations, or Marketing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in placements, public relations, or client management (1-3 years).
- A creative mindset with the ability to strategize and execute PR campaigns.
- Ability to build and maintain professional networks with clients and institutions.
- Knowledge of legal services or previous work in a law firm will be an added advantage.
