Role & responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, IJPs, employee referrals etc., reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process
- Advertise job postings on social media platforms to increase job visibility
- Creating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activities
- Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and personnel files
- Handling pre joining documentation and employee on-boarding
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Assisting in payroll processing
- Understanding of Labour Law & HR Compliance
Qualification - Graduate / Post graduate in HR or any HR certifications
Work experience - Min. 2 years
Position will on be on Third party payroll
