The Role Responsibilities
• To guide junior analysts in the day-to-day BAU functions within the Dept. for all Product classes
• To assist in covering the Assistant Manager in his/her absence.
• End-to-end settlement processing for FX & MM products.
• Daily tasks include printing and checking of reports, confirming settlements with counterparties, checking and releasing of payments.
• Construction of manual payments may be required in some instances.
• Investigation on GL Suspense and Nostro accounts imbalances
• Taking the lead in resolving settlement related issues.
• Constant review of DOI to ensure updating of process procedures.
• Report and record any settlement issues.
• Ensure audit and risk control measures for BAU procedures and processes are adhered to.
• Report any suspicious trades in accordance to the Anti-Money Laundering Policy.
Timely reporting of MIS.
