Full job description
We have an opening for appointment coordinator/ front staff reception. We specialize in non-invasive cosmetic procedures such as botox, fillers, bio stimulators, body contour, and laser skin care. The position requires an extensive understanding of the procedures offered and a passion for skin care. Good candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Calm and collective. Must be organized and multi-tasked, self-initiator, self-efficient at checking out and checking in. Willing to educate patients on procedures offered. Excellence in working with numbers and excell sheets.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate must be positive in nature, kind, personable, professional and warm. Must have at least two years of experience in med spa setting or front reception. A college degree is preferred.
Knowledge in Customer services is a must as you are required to check patients in and out, sign up for memberships, and making appointments for patients. Must be knowledgeable on all social media platforms.
