Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Appointment Setter/ Business Development Executive located in Vadodara. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling and setting appointments, generating leads, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Additionally, the role involves delivering excellent customer service to support the financial planning and insurance team building.

???? What You’ll Do:
• ???? Identify, approach, and recruit potential agents through calls, social platforms, and referrals.
• ???? Set up appointments and interviews for interested candidates with our senior advisors.
• ???? Explain the value of becoming an insurance agent and how it benefits their career path.
• ???? Maintain follow-ups, manage schedules, and ensure strong communication throughout the recruiting funnel.
• ???? Once proficient, transition into selling insurance policies and building a client base.
• ???? Eventually support mutual fund account opening and wealth management for clients.

Qualifications
• Skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
• Experience in Lead Generation, Appointment setting.
• Strong Communication skills
• Customer Service / Administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is needed
• Able to meet / handle targets
