One Janitorial is a national janitorial company currently expanding into the United States through our new Ambassador Program. Over the next year, we plan to hire more than 30 team members as part of our growth strategy. The individuals we hire now will be considered for future leadership roles, including management and executive positions.
We are currently hiring for a Remote Appointment Setter to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound cold calls to businesses and book online demos for our sales team. These demos are the first step in acquiring new commercial cleaning contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of outbound calls (120+ per day) to potential clients
Book a minimum of 2 qualified demo appointments daily
Follow scripts and objection-handling processes to secure meetings
Use CRM systems to track calls, follow-ups, and appointment status
Build and maintain a pipeline by nurturing long-term prospects
Collaborate with the sales team to hit weekly and monthly targets
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing roles
A quiet, professional workspace free of distractions
High-speed internet (you can test yours by searching "internet speed test" on Google)
A reliable computer with at least 4GB RAM, webcam, and quality headset with microphone (available on Amazon for approx. $15)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High energy and ability to stay focused throughout the day
Self-motivated and results-driven
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
