Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, setting appointments with painting companies, and generating leads. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments.
Qualifications
• Experience speaking with US customers
• Experience in Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with home service industries is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
Must speak English with a neutral accent.
6 days a week. Sunday off.
Evening shift: 6.30pm to 3.30am IST
Remote, WFH
Pay: 7-8 LPA based on skills
