Outside sales to Paralegals and Inside Sales to Administrative Roles. Our clients range from Roofing Contractors, Commercial Lines Insurance Brokers, automotive dealers, retail and more.
What does an Appointment Setter/ Cold Caller do for RTS? This position generates business prospects who would benefit from our services, initiates contact, presents RTS and generates a Complimentary Strategy Session. This position is both over the phone, zoom or in person. The Appointment Setter has a unique opportunity to work from home anywhere within the continental US.
What does RTS offer?
Our compensation package is simplistic and creates short and long term income goals. First 90 days you are considered 1099 after 90 days you may come on board with RTS as a direct employee and take advantage of our benefits such as health insurance.
Plan 1 Option: $15.00 per hour plus $25.00 per qualified appointment
Plan 2 Option: $50.00 per qualified appointment, $200.00 per sale closed, $50 monthly residual per client.
