Appointment Setter - Inbound / Outbound (Remote)
Full-Time | Hourly + Incentives
This is a fully remote role. To be considered, you must permanently reside in one of the following State : QC, ON, BC. Applications from other locations cannot be considered.

What You'll Do
Handle 100+ inbound & outbound calls daily
Schedule in-home & virtual appointments for our sales teams
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
Engage with customers via phone and chat
Follow up on leads from web, social, and marketing campaigns
Navigate multiple systems (up to 3 at once) while staying organized
Track performance using metrics and CRM tools
What You Bring
1–2 years of call center, inside sales, or customer service experience
Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and professional
Comfortable in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Dedicated quiet workspace + reliable high-speed internet
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and multiple shifts
