• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain health insurance options
• Qualify leads and set appointments for licensed insurance agents

• Accurately document call details and update CRM systems
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales
(health insurance experience preferred)
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections and confidently schedule appointments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts and compliance guidelines
• Comfortable using CRM software and dialling systems
