Appointment Setting Consultant

Our Contact Centre is the heartbeat of our business, and are creating memorable first impressions, guiding our customers on their journey to better hearing.

About the role:

As a Contact Care Consultant, you'll be contacting existing customers to arrange appointments to come into our clinic for free hearing checks. It's a busy role in a people focused environment where you're well supported by the team around you and by your team leader.

Outbound calling with a targetted number of dials an hour with the aim of booking 18+ appointments per day.
We prioritise customer care and service when calling, there's very little objection handling.
Verifying customers information, handling voicemail and email enquiries, and meeting daily and monthly KPIs that are based on volume of dials made and the number of appointments you set.
A permanent role, 40 hours per week within our Contact Centre's operating times.
Flexible shifts, you decide between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday after your induction period.
