Job description
As a key player in our appointment setting team, you will be responsible for speaking with pre-qualified leads and booking consultations for licensed agents across the U.S.
About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work fully from home with performance coaching and career growth opportunities. You will use provided scripts, tools, and leads to book appointments without cold calling or selling.
Main Responsibilities
• Making 150–200 outbound calls per day to warm leads using our dialer and CRM.
• FOLLOWING A SCRIPTED FORMAT TO EDUCATE LEADS AND SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS.
• Inputting detailed notes and statuses into the CRM after each call.
• Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly booking goals.
• Participating in coaching sessions and team meetings.
Requirements
• Strong English communication skills, spoken and written.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections.
• Reliable internet, power backup, computer, and smartphone.
• Motivated, consistent, and able to follow instructions.
• Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
