You will get a hands-on experience with internationally seasoned chefs whilst you earn a Full-Time wage and gain your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Patisserie!
The Role:
As an Apprentice Chef, you will build your experiences and skills alongside qualified Chefs in a commercial kitchen environment. You will learn all theoretical aspects of food preparation and presentation at TAFE and be able to practically apply your new knowledge in one of our exciting back of house spaces.
Our Ideal Candidate will be:
Dedicated about creating memorable experiences through food and looking to develop career in the hospitality industry
Willing to learn and shows initiative
Confident in both communication and listening skills
Able to work in a team, as well as independently
Have a positive and can-do attitude, with a strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual
This is a full-time role, which requires full availability across a 7-day roster – we are only able to accept Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents.
