Responsibilities:
Assist experienced journeyman technicians with auto body repairs, including dent removal, painting, and panel replacement.
Learn and apply proper techniques for prepping, sanding, and masking vehicles.
Help disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair and refinishing.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are properly handled.
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and contribute to an efficient workflow.
Learn to use, maintain, and troubleshoot auto body repair tools and equipment.
Requirements:
Completed first- or second-year auto body apprenticeship.
A genuine passion for automobiles and a strong desire to develop your skills in auto body repair.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn, grow, and take direction from experienced professionals.
Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy parts, standing for extended periods, and operating equipment.
Valid driver’s license.
