We are currently recruiting for 2nd to 4th year Apprentice Carpenters to join the team Calgary Soccer Centre project!
Responsibilities:
• Be able to comprehend blueprint readings and prepare layouts
• Understand industrial concrete forming, be able to build concrete forms, and other structures
• Complete rough and finishing carpentry tasks, while utilizing appropriate math skills
• Check completed units to be sure they are level, square, plumb and the right size, shape and location
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Be a Registered Carpenter Apprentice - 2nd to 4th year
• Experience with concrete formwork required
• Certifications needed, CSTS & WHMIS
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Describe and point out safety compliance and regulatory issues
