About the role
You will be working at our Knowsley Depot, Knowsley Industrial Estate, Woodward Road, Liverpool, L33 7UZ.
You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm, however flexible start and end times can be discussed.
You will be on a starting salary of £24,087, up to 3% bonus and SUEZ benefits.
You will be working towards a Level 3 Data Technician qualification.
What will I be doing?
We'll look to you to provide comprehensive support for the smooth running of general, contract and management systems administration, at this key processing facility. You'll be expected to promote good working practice and positive employee relations, by administering effective relationships internally and within the wider business.

Promote a safety conscious attitude towards work.
Assist in managing the communication throughout the site.
Ensure timely and effective reporting of incidents and events, ensuring that effective protocols are put in place.
To provide advice, guidance and support to ensure the day to day activities of the business are conducted with consistent methods, processes and satisfactory instruction.
Implement standardise systems of work to ensure efficient administration activities.
Support of the COUPAs (procurement / order processing) system, to include the management of ordering, payment and invoicing processes for goods and services.
Support of invoice query resolution.
In this business support role, you will be producing letters, minutes and reports for the senior management team and assist in organising internal events and meetings.
What are the requirements?
You’ll have plenty of administrative experience, gained in a variety of settings, backed up with a qualification in Business Administration along with a general good standard of education.
This will mean you have:
Strong administration skills, including writing coherent reports,
IT proficiency, including MS Office suite, and good numeracy, able to handle figures
Great communication, good with people and a team player.
You cannot have studied data courses or be level 3 or above qualified in a related data qualification.
GCSE Maths and English at Grade C (4) or above is desirable.
